This was a big wedding, and every detail was designed to belong to the same picture.
The day began at the family home, where bagpipes announced the groom’s arrival. Nicole and Sam married at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, then walked out under an arch of blush and blue flowers.
The reception was at The Rockleigh. Above the ballroom hung a ceiling of white flowers and crystal, the first installation of its kind in the venue’s history. Below it, everything followed the same palette: white, blue and blush flowers on every table, chargers chosen to match, a custom dance floor. The whole ballroom felt like a fairytale garden.
The night ended with traditional dances and a party that went on until the last song.
Behind the moment
Before anything was ordered, this wedding went through round after round of visualizations. The ceiling, the chargers, the dance floor and the flowers were all checked against each other until the ballroom read as one picture. By the wedding day, nothing in that room was a surprise to us, and all of it was a surprise to the guests.
