How to introduce a family
Write to Olha directly at info@senseofmoment.com, or ask the family to mention you in their inquiry. We reply to partners within one business day, and we keep you informed as far as the family wishes.
What we handle
Full planning and design of weddings in and around New York, often across several days, often for two hundred guests or more, often with more than one tradition. We work alongside your team at the venue or hotel, and we respect the relationship you have with the family.
Planners abroad
When a planner abroad has a family marrying in New York, we can act as the house on the ground, with venues, vendors and the day itself, while the planner leads the relationship. We agree the division of work in writing at the start, keep the planner informed at every step, and never approach the family directly without them.
Discretion
We sign non-disclosure agreements as standard and never publish a wedding without the family’s permission.
