Privacy

When you fill in our inquiry form, we receive what you choose to tell us: your name, your partner’s name, your email, your phone number if you add it, how you’d like to be contacted, and the details of your celebration, such as the date, location, guest count, venue, and anything you share in your own words.

We use this for one purpose: to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan your celebration. We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. You’ll only hear from us about your inquiry.

Your inquiry is stored in our Google Workspace account, which only Olha and our team can access. We keep inquiries for as long as they’re useful for our conversation with you, and for clients, for as long as we need records of the work we did together. A short-term backup copy is kept by our website host and deleted automatically after six months.

We use Google Analytics to see how people use our website, for example which pages are visited and how many people complete the inquiry form. This uses cookies and doesn’t tell us who you are.

We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. When you send an inquiry, we let Meta know that an inquiry happened so we can understand which of our Instagram and Facebook ads are useful. To match this to an ad you may have seen, we share your email, phone number, and name with Meta only in encrypted (hashed) form, along with technical details such as your browser and IP address. We never share the details of your celebration or anything you write to us.

You can limit this kind of tracking in your browser settings, with a content blocker, or in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to do this. It doesn’t ask you to solve puzzles and doesn’t track you across other websites.

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Inquiries and emails are handled through Google Workspace. Analytics are provided by Google, and ad measurement by Meta. Each of these companies processes information on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Some of them may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just write to info@senseofmoment.com and we’ll take care of it promptly. If you’re in a place with its own privacy laws, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the rights those laws give you, and we’ll honor them.

Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
