– Consultation and creating the individual style of your Big day – Venue search for the ceremony/reception/rehearsal dinner – Custom budget creation – Management and control of all vendors: contracts, prior site inspection, deadline control, etc. – Handling invitations, “thank you” cards, table seat charts and other printed materials – Logistics, travel arrangements and guest accommodation arrangements – Creating an individual agenda: coordination of entrance, speeches, dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss and any additional rituals that included – 12 hours coordination on The Wedding Day
